MUSIC & VISUAL ARTS

ADULTS

Sanctuary Choir
The Sanctuary Choir sings for the 11:00 worship service and presents an annual Christmas Cantata. Rehearsals are Wednesdays at 7:15 pm (6:00 pm during the summer).

Handbell Choir
This 11 member group is a three octave handbell choir that plays in worship and for other special events. They rehearse on Tuesdays at 5:00 pm.

Men's Quartet
This group sings during worship and rehearses on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm.

Praise Band
The Praise Band is a group of instrumentalists that includes acoustic guitar, electric guitar, mandolin, bass guitar and percussion. They play for worship and other special events. Rehearsals are Sundays at 2:00 pm.

CHILDREN

Kingdom Kids Choir
The Kingdom Kids Choir is for Kindergarten - 5th grades. They sing in worship once a month and present an annual Christmas Pageant. They meet on Wednesdays at 5:00pm before Wednesday Night Live.

Cherubs
This program is for our preschoolers. They have music on Wednesdays at 6:20pm during Wednesday Night Live.


YOUTH

Creative Arts
Creative Arts is a program for 6th-12th grades. They present scripture through music, mime, drama and puppetry.

Liturgical Dance
This ministry uses the art of dance to express scripture. The group is open to 6th - 12th grades.
Special Events

SFPC Group Night at Hank Aaron Stadium
In May, SFPC attends a Mobile Bay Bears' Baseball Game. The Sanctuary Choir sings The National Anthem. The Kingdom Kids and Cherubs help lead the crowd in "Take Me Out to the Ballgame."

Talent Show
Our annual Talent Show is held in May and is open to all ages and talents.

Bellingrath Gardens
In December, the adults, children and youth all perform during Bellingrath Gardens' Magic Christmas in Lights.
